Sustainability is the future of hospitality

For many reasons, hotels, restaurants and bars often struggle with the challenges of becoming more sustainable. 'Hanging up your towel' in a hotel bathroom simply isn't enough any longer.


Throughout 2024, we've been sharing our sustainable bar practice training with multiple venues and brands in the Netherlands, Belgium and UK using independent like-minded brands we're passionate about – including Arbikie Highland Estate, Bemuse honey mead and Dik en Schil – to ensure team members understand that product choices and simple changes of process can make a difference.


Thanks to Hilton, Marriott, The Usual and numerous indy bars for being part of the journey to make our industry more conscious and mindful.
