Throughout April, we worked with our friends at premium Hilton properties in the Netherlands on a sustainable cocktails menu.

A team member from each property was asked to contribute one cocktail to the shared menu with an Arbikie climate positive spirit at its heart. We encouraged bartenders to use 'waste' products from their kitchens and bars to create truly carbon negative drinks.
To support the promotion, we provided sustainable bar training, printed consumer menus, a bartender recipe book and a comprehensive PR and social media bundle to ensure all participants shared on-point messaging.
